Led messaging strategy and wrote copy for Shop The Look, a tool that automatically DMs followers the links from a creator’s post. Positioned the tool as both a time-saver and a revenue driver. The hero message, “Turn Your DMs Into Dollars,” resonated with creators and drove adoption.
The tool later expanded to include customizable trigger words and emojis for automated DMs, and we ran smaller campaigns to promote these new features.
Channels included email, site, app, and social, as well as collateral for a creator event, including a sizzle reel.
