Developed and launched the Holiday Gifting Universe for ShopStyle, a first-of-its-kind integrated holiday campaign for the e-commerce platform. Led the concept and messaging strategy and wrote end-to-end copy across email, web, app, mobile, and social, elevating our holiday presence with an immersive, story-driven experience that delivered value to both shoppers and retail partners. Wrote 20 gift guide stories informed by retailer buy-in, seasonal trends, and performance data. The campaign met retailer buy-in targets (a primary success metric), increased engagement across web and app versus prior holiday content, and was tied to strong partner-reported sales performance. Internally, the approach became a repeatable model for future seasonal storytelling.
